The sheet music is written for Alto C ocarina 12 holes. If you have a 10 holes, just skip those low A and B notes and play the rest of the song.
If you have a G or F ocarina, simply play the song with the same fingering as you would do on a C ocarina, so your sound will already be transposed.
If you don't have any C or G or F ocarina ..... I hope you'll have something that will allow you to play the song completely or at least partially.
